gnome apps --help not working

When I try to use help for nautilus, I get this error message:

There was an error displaying help:
There was an error launching the default action command associated with this location.

With any of the other gnome desktop apps, nothing at all seems to happen when I click on help. No help, no errors, just nothing.

I am using FC4. I'm not sure when this starting happening.

Any ideas?
