gnome 3rd level chooser

[Log in to get rid of this advertisement]
I run FC4
I went to the bottom panel and clicked Desktop and then went to preferences and keyboard and went to layout options and then set my windows keys (both) to 3rd level chooser.
Then the windows keys started behaving like pgup pgdown
then i reverted both keys but now the right window key is still working the same.

Please help
and also tell what the heck is this 3rd level chooser
