I am trying to write to a CD under Gnome 2.4 . I am unable to do this because I only seem to have the ISO option available to me as a choice when trying to write. This is true for my root account and user account.
I have done some research on this. Most of what I read seems to revolve around a permissions problems. Why I would have a permissions problem under root I do not know?
If this indeed in a permissions problem, what is the mount command to be used in fstab so that at I can write to my CD?
From the console how do I check the permissions of my CD?
Yes I have looked at this document. The problem I am having is that in "step 5" of this document I only have the ISO option available, none of the others. This may be a permissions problem?
