gmon.out not created while using gprof on target board
 

I tried compiling my code using gcc with -pg flag.it is creating gmon.out file when I run the code in host PC.But when I ran it on target(ppc),and exited normally,it is not creating gmon.out file.What could be the possible solution for this?
