Which distro is better to use:
in case of features and in case of user friendly?
I want to know specially about Red Hat and Ubuntu?
Please give me your opinions.
Red Hat is a server-centric distribution. If you're looking at home usage, Fedora would be more appropriate, it's the 100% FOSS and freely available end user oriented distribution by Red Hat. Not that Red Hat won't work on a desktop, but it's designed around stability instead of being anything anywhere near current.
Ubuntu is a very good distro for beginners, and as it is based on standard Debian so it can certainly grow with the user. I prefer Debian's testing version to Ubuntu (or Kubuntu in my case, I prefer KDE to Gnome), but I use it, and have no complaints.
Comparing Ubuntu vs. Red Hat, I'd choose Ubuntu. Red Hat is just a bit too dated packages for my tastes. Comparing Ubuntu vs. Fedora, I'd choose Ubuntu, but that's because I've had REALLY bad success with Fedora just not working on my hardware very well, whereas Ubuntu has always worked perfectly. But either is a VERY easy distro to get set up and manage. Although for ease of use, Ubuntu is probably slightly better.
As far as desktop editions are concerned ,Fedora is more cutting edge and updates the softwares as soon as the updates are released whereas Ubuntu waits till the new software become stable.

Waits until it becomes 'stable'?
That is funny considering ubuntu has been based on a snapshot of Debian unstable until recently. I hear they will be using Debian testing in the future.
If I had to choose which distro I would install this would be the order:
