getting public key used to sign gnash tarball (ID 3CF1FAED)

I have downloaded the bzipped tarball for gnash 0.7.2 and its signature, but I have been unable to locate the public key to verify it. The ID is 3CF1FAED. I have tried

gpg --keyserver pgpkeys.mit.edu --recv-keys 3CF1FAED

(returns "key 3CF1FAED not found on keyserver) and I have checked the gnu.org homepage, the gnash project page, and followed several links on those w/o success. Can anybody give me a clue where I might get this key?

Thanks.
