Hi all,
Can anyone shows me how to set up Gaim step by step.
Too many thing that is totally not familiar to me such as Protocol(AIM/ICQ, TOC). Can anyone tell me what is these 2 protocol?
the program is pretty straightforward and their documentation covers everythign you should need to know. for aim or icq just use that joint protocol, and forget about TOC.
there have been a few problems with yahoo deliveryalty blocking IM's like gai, which is bypassed in the more recent versions. what version are you using?

Did acid really need someone to echo him on the mentioning of upgrading.. hmm... Yeah, this question could go in the software forum, but it didn't really start out like that, but turned into more of a software forum type question. but its fine where it is for now.
