FTP login with SSL/TLS

Hi Everyone,

I configured SSL/TLS according to a link , http://www.brennan.id.au/14-FTP_Server.html
provided by one our member here. I went and configured it correctly. Whenever i try to connect to FTP, its disconnect me with a message "use secure login for normal user " (not exact) kind of message.
My question is, after i had created certificate and configured the path in vsftpd.conf, how can i make use of SSL\TLS? Please let me know.

Thank you
