fsck hardare RAID 0

While boot Ubuntu 11.04 it ran fsck and found errors, wouldn't boot and told me to run fsck manually. I booted to live usb and ran,
Code:
sudo fsck /dev/mapper/isw_dbhigdbdhd_Volume0
it displayed error message,
Code:
fsck.ext2: Device or resource busy while trying to open /dev/mapper/isw_dbhigdbdhd_Volume0
Filesystem mounted or opened exclusively by another program?
What do I do now?

I have a raid 0 with 2 SSDs. I've been having some graphic card problems recently, been experiencing crashes, probably what created the errors.

Make sure the live cd hasn't mounted or attempted to mount it. Make sure there is something in /proc/mdstat

The mount command does not list it. cat /proc/mdstat outputs,
Code:
Personalities :
unused Devices: <none>

Terribly sorry, I misread the title and missed the hardware part! Whether is your raid controlled type? Is it onboard? Could be a driver issue?

Intel ICH10R on board on ASUS Rampage III. I guess it could be a driver issue, I'm just booting and using the default. Is there a another module I should try loading?
