frontpage extensions not working

Having a problem with FrontPage extensions

Specs:
cPanel 10.x
Fedora Core 2
Apache 1.33x

500 Internal Server Error
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact
the server administrator, webmaster@mnpokerleague.com and inform them of
the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may
have caused the error. More information about this error may be
available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error
was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the
request. Apache/1.3.33 Server

My steps:
/scripts/updatenow
/scripts/upcp --force

rpm -Uvh http://layer1.cpanel.net/fp/frontpage-5.2-0.i386.rpm
/scripts/fixfrontpageperm
/scripts/initfpsuexec
/scripts/updatefrontpage

root@server [/scripts]# ./setupfp5
What is the servername you want to setup? server.hostname.com
/usr/local/apache/htdocs/public_html does not exist or is not a directory!

This is affecting all domains

/scripts/setupfp5
hostname: server.thehost.com

Nothing happens

chmod 600 /home/username/public_html/_vti_pvt/service.pwd
chattr +i /home/username/public_html/_vti_pvt/service.pwd

Tried this method again:

/scripts/updatenow
/scripts/initfpsuexec
find /home -name "service.pwd" -exec chmod -v 600 {} ';'
/scripts/updatefrontpage

Please help!

Please do not post or start the same thread/discussion in more than one forum or more than once in the same forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
