font size in fluxbox

Having already installed fluxbox with xdm, I installed gdm and gnome. Since I installed gnome, the font size of aplication's menues (firefox, openoffice) has reduced to illegible and I have no idea how to change it. The only thing I can change is the font size of fluxbox' own menues. What can I do to make fonts bigger?
Thanks!

What distrobution do you use? It's handy if you put that info in your profile so we can help more.

For whatever distro, install the package for gtk-chtheme. It's a theme changer for GTK, it works outside of GNOME and is lighter than having gnome-settings-daemon running all the time. You can change GTK themes, change font face and size, it's a neat app
