Introduction to Linux - A Hands on Guide
This guide was created as an overview of the Linux Operating System, geared toward new users as an exploration tour and getting started guide, with exercises at the end of each chapter.
For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration. This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. They hope these examples will help you to get a better understanding of the Linux system and that you feel encouraged to try out things on your own.

I've just installed Fluxbox, and I already really like it. The problem is I have an application that uses the ALT key in combination with mouse buttons to navigate. Right now when I do ALT leftClick it moves the window, and ALT rightClick resizes. I can't figure out how to disable these actions so I can use my application.
I checked my ~.fluxbox/keys configuration and it has nothing set for these actions. Whats the deal?
im not sure, but I think these keys are set somewhere in X... maybe Im telling you bullshit now, but, I thougt these keys (alt+mouse) also worked under other window managers (such as blackbox, kde, and golem)
Yes ALT + mouse does perform functions in other desktops, but they aren't the same and they are easily changed or disabled. I've used this app with both gnome and kde without problems. My problem still lies with Fluxbox
