FLUXBOX (help for BASICS)

hello i am newbie and wanted to know how to change the desktop background in FLUX BOX
also i wanted to know how to change CURSORS in KDE and FLUXBOX
also how to assign shortcuts in FLUXBOX (like i wanna see the run command dialoge when i press alt+f2 not to switch the desktop)
also i have an A4TECH optical mouse wop-35 (basically has 5 buttons and 2 wheels ) how can i configure them to work properly
and last and most ... can i install GRUB MANUALLY (i use pclinux os and it has LILO
