Flushing mail queues using finger

My old ISP used to allow me to use 'finger postmaster@isp.com' to get it to send my email back to me.

I no longer use them but have a backup mail server which I have to log on to in order to 'sendmail -q -v' to have all my email sent back to me.

I would really like to be able to 'finger postmaster@backup.com' and get it to do this automatically.

Any ideas how I go about this??

THX
