Flickering TV-Out w/ NVidia,KDE,Fedora

Ever since a few weeks back I've had this trouble with my TV-Out flickering when the light goes bright. It's like the refresh rate is low, but it's not.
It flickers and jumps and moves out of sync.

I use the latest NVidia Driver from their website and it runs great, just that tv-out is weird.

The old drivers worked for me, and I can't think of something else that I've done that could make this weird problem.

Here's my XFree86 config also...

# RgbPath is the location of the RGB database.  Note, this is the name of the
# file minus the extension (like ".txt" or ".db").  There is normally
# no need to change the default.
# Multiple FontPath entries are allowed (they are concatenated together)
# By default, Red Hat 6.0 and later now use a font server independent of
# the X server to render fonts.
