Files delete from SAMBA server


I got a situation where this user has deleted file from her working directory in SAMBA server. I wonder if there are any steps or method to recovers the deleted file?

probably not unless you alias rm to copy the file to a temp or trash folder before it is deleted.

You probably wont recover the file if it was already deleted.

But can configure samba to use recycle VFS plugin and make it to move deleted files to specified folder.
