File Permissions

I'm having a problem with my wordpress setup. Its on a ubuntu box.

I can view and edit the file. but when I edit the file as my normal user the css will not rendered. As my normal user I change the file I just edited to 755 and it all works great.

How can I edit this file so I dont have to change the permissions everytime.

Maybe you should run
umask 022
in some shell being parent to you editor? Good place is just in your .bashrc or .zshrc or .cshrc .
