Fedoracore 6 starting screen is in optimized resolution !!!!
Hi,i have 17th inch lcd samsung Syncmaster 731B monitor,i installed fedora core 6 in my new system.The installation went fine.
When the linux loads its GUI Mode,the monitor displays this message
Not Optimized Mode
optimized mode
1280*1024
and it displays nothing other than that in an empty background.
I logged in CUI mode and configured the /etc/X11/xorg.conf file but its not workin ..
Anyone can help me in this..
