Fedora Core 6 & Win XP dual boot problem
Everyone,
I recently bought a new hard drive and installed Fedora Core 6 on it. I used instructions I found on this site for a dual boot configuration with Windows XP. I installed the Boot file for Fedora on my Master Boot Record. Now when I restart my computer I have the option of selecting either Fedora or Win XP to boot. Fedora boots fine but Windows automatically starts a system recovery. When it's finished it asks me to restart the computer and I'm back to square one. Every time I try to boot windows it does the same thing. Why would this happen if the only thing put on my windows hard drive was the boot file I put on the MBR? In addition how do I fix this so windows will boot again. Any help would be highly appreciated as my girfriend is now pissed that she can't use windows anymore.
Thanks for your help,
Scott
