FC3 boot loader problem

I reinstall windows on first partition without realize that it would overwrite FC3(2nd partition) and overwrite its MBR. When i try to reinstall FC3 bootloader by running setup and install boot loader, during setup an error says that "No kernel package were installed, no modification will be make to boot loader." Even in setup it cannot update its boot loader because can't find it. But i can find grub.conf in rescue mode. Pls advise how to install the boot loader again. Thanks.

Rgds
Daniel

If you can access your system in rescue mode, try doing
Code:
#grub-install /dev/hda
