Facebook Issue

I'm having a problem with Facebook using SalixOS & Firefox 10. When I log in, I only get the top menu bar with the search function, Home, & Log out portion. If I click the Home button, it brings up a blanks screen. No matter what I click, I get a blank screen.

Is anyone else having this type of issue? I only visit FB about 1-3 times a month. Last time I went it worked, which was maybe in the middle of January.

Thnx.

Maybe I do...when I tried to access Sims Social, bam! there ist was...the nothing. I use Arch Linux, of course with Firefox.
I suspect this to be a security issue...because I could access the Sims on an other box (Debian, by the way) - filed out the requests (about Sims being allowed to use the basic data and so on, the usual stuff) and then, I could log on tru on the "refusing" box as well...

I suspect..."security"...

Luck

Oh - by the way, be careful what you put on there, as the old warning goes "anything you post can be used against you (even in a court of law)"

I see I can access FB using Epiphany browser, so it may be something to do with adblocker and/or FF 10.

I'll look into it.

Thnx.

Yes indeed, Facebook hates ad blockers. You'll have to disable any ad blockers to use Facebook without problems. Hope this helps.

I'll see if the issue comes back but for now it's working.

To put is mildly:

"the Net moves in misterous ways"

Oh well...

By the way, what adblocker(s) do you use (just being curious) - I've got Ghostery installed...keeps tabs of page trackers.
