ext4 in windows

I need a program that allows windows xp to read EXT4 partition.
ext2explore.exe is not good, it doesn't give other windows applications direct access to ext4.

ext4 has been 'stable' for almost two years now.
I would be satisfied with read only, but don't want virtualization option.

edit: its ok, found the solution. the ext4 wiki page has a link to patch for its extensions on ext2fsd driver.

This isn't really a Linux question, I would probably post this one over on a Windows forum personally.

Your link did an automatic download to my machine. Don't do that.

I reported your post.
