This has been answered on here several times in the past. If you search for it, it'll bring up lots of threads concerning this, with solutions...no need to retype it all.
Also, have you considered calling Oracle?? You're paying for their support, and they can walk you through the solution over the phone. If all else fails, you can install Oracle via the command-line too...
