encrypted Linux multi-boot USB-stick
Hello forum
I would like to build a multi-boot USB-stick with different encrypted(software) Linux-ISO's. And if possible, with an encrypted folder with some tools. The content of the tools-folder should be decryptable under Windows as well. As I understand, this could be achieved with some few Linux-distros which load everything into initramfs. Like RIPLinux does, but it's not maintained anymore and not the distro of choice. What is the best approach to achieve that goal? Thank's a lot for any feedback!! John PS 1: Probably the main reason for encrypting this multi-boot USB-stick is, that i often forget to unplug my sticks and then my co-workers start to play with it. PS 2: USB-drive with hw-encryption is an option, but not my first... (too large, too extensive, and some of them too unreliable) |

Another thought is that you should keep better control of your USB devices, but an added layer of security is not a bad idea. |
