Editing GRUB

I'd like to be able to change the order of the OS's in GRUB. For example I'd like Vista to be highlighted by default vs Ubuntu. I'd also like to change the time for it to automatically pick it down some seconds.

Guessing there would be some configuration file I can edit or does Ubuntu come with a app to manage GRUB?

Thanks.

You'll need to edit the file /boot/grub/menu.lst

Ubuntu probably has a gui program for editing grub, but I have no idea what it is

I use nano, but this should work
Code:
sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst
