Easy-Peasy USB install of slack-based zorOS-3.6 for grub/syslinux usb noburn iso2 cd

OK,
easy, and nice little helper distro

easy install to fat or ext2/3 usb with grub or syslinux
without burning to CD!
took me 5 min

1st
extract iso to folder or copy contents of iso to folder

sudo su (become root)
cd Desktop
mkdir iso
mkdir mounted
mount -o loop zoros-3.6-stable.iso mounted
cp -a mounted/* iso
umount mounted

easier to right-click extract-here in ubuntu

2nd
if using fat32 syslinux usb(with no other distro's)
rename isolinux folder syslinux
rename isolinux.cfg in isolinux folder to syslinux.cfg

here is converted isolinux.cfg

Code:
default 1
prompt 1
timeout 600
display /syslinux/english.txt
F1 /syslinux/english.txt
F2 /syslinux/english.txt
F3 /syslinux/english.txt
F4 /syslinux/english.txt
F5 /syslinux/english.txt
F6 /syslinux/english.txt
F7 /syslinux/english.txt

all the entries are cause it's multilinugual and for ide or sata

here is menu.lst for English zoros, for 1sthd, 1st partition(my usb)

Code:
default 0
timeout 10

title zorOS-3.6 IDE
root (hd0,0)
kernel /boot/syslinux/linuz TOOLSLANG=1 initrd=/boot/syslinux/full.img vga=788 load_ramdisk=1 ramdisk_size=53248 prompt_ramdisk=0 rw root=/dev/ram rootfstype=ext2 apm=off
initrd /boot/syslinux/full.img

title zorOS-3.6 SATA
root (hd0,0)
kernel /boot/syslinux/linuz TOOLSLANG=1 initrd=/syslinux/full.img vga=788 load_ramdisk=1 ramdisk_size=53248 prompt_ramdisk=0 rw root=/dev/ram rootfstype=ext2 apm=off libata.atapi_enabled=1 ide0=noprobe ide1=noprobe
initrd /boot/syslinux/full.img
TOOLSLANG=1 is english entry
see english.txt in isolinux folder

languages
localized in 7 languages: English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Slovenian
in order from 1-7 and 1s-7s(sata)
0 is english failsafe

it booted in like 20sec off my ext3 usb grub

cp -a the contents of extracted iso or the contents of
"iso" folder to mounted usb with syslinux already installed and bootflag set

did I make any mistakes?
OH, I just edited out /boot in syslinux.cfg and menu.c32
sorry
