Easy Mounting of HFS+ Partitions, Ubuntu 6.06 Distro...
Greets, :-)
I am running ubuntu 6.06 (dapper). I have been reading the posts on hfs+ partition mounting here at linuxquestions.org. I find the instructions a bit confusing. :--( I downloaded the hfsplus-20040216.tar.gz file. I am unsure of the next step. I can execute a script command in terminal, if need be, but I am unsure on how to create the script file (extension?), where to put it, and the needed commands, heh. The hfs+ partition is journaled. Any input or information is appreciated, :--D Cheers :> |

ok thanks for the input :--)
I am using kernel 2.6.15-28-powerpc (ppc) :-) |
So you run the PPC Ubuntu, I thought you want to mount an external HFS+ drive from a PC. What exactly is the problem then? Did you try mount command from terminal? Are you saying your kernel does not support HFS+?
