e17 lib problem

The http://ftp.neep.com.au/pub/snapshots...latest.tar.bz2
(thats e17-libs-evas-latest.tar.bz2) file needed for the compilation of enlightenment 0.17 is corrupted every time I download it and I doubt it has something to do with me. Is there anyone who's got the file as backup or something?
Thanks
