Angry dual booting windows with linux

have 80 GB seagate baracudda,it has 5 GB,20 GB, 20 GB & 30 GB partitions RESPECTIVELY.(Made with seagate diskwizzard).5 GB is left empty

c: is system partition(5 gb primary partition )
d:,e:,& f: are logical partitions

d is boot partition for winxp

i installed redhat 8.0 on 5 gb empty space

every thing went fine i.e grub is properly loaded and showing option for dos and linux

but when i clicked dos it shows me the error

i have applied same procedure on my another computer which has 40 gb baracudda here but os are working fine

this happens only when linux partitions are added, and when they are deleted windows start working
