dual boot problem(windows, grub)


I have problem with booting windows. I have two IDE disk.(windows-slave, linux master).


Disk /dev/hdc: 29765 cylinders, 16 heads, 63 sectors/track
Warning: The partition table looks like it was made
for C/H/S=*/255/63 (instead of 29765/16/63).
For this listing I'll assume that geometry.
Units = cylinders of 8225280 bytes, blocks of 1024 bytes, counting from 0

Device Boot Start End #cyls #blocks Id System
/dev/hdc1 * 0+ 12 13- 104391 83 Linux
/dev/hdc2 13 1866 1854 14892255 8e Linux LVM
/dev/hdc3 0 - 0 0 0 Empty

Welcome to LQ!

Microsoft Windows operating systems are designed to boot from first HDD only, you need to trick your Windows into thinking it's on the first HDD.

I fixed my grub.conf file and now it works.
