Dual Boot Delay Time = 0

I have a dualboot of XP and FC3, My problem is that when
i restart the computer there is no time for me to choose
which OS i want to use. Is that information kept in the
MBR to where I can't change it or is there someplace
that I can change the delay from zero to say like 25 seconds>??

Any help appreciated, thanks guys.

this link tells that it is /boot/grub/grub.conf

if you find the file you just need to change the line timeout=??
