Dual boot after installing fedora8


hello

i installed feroa8 on my laptop. i only have Linux on my laptop hdd. i have an external hdd and i want to install windowsxp.
the problem is when i install windows xp on the external drive windows will write to MBR and i will not be able to boot linux. what can i do to :
1)install windows without loosing linux boot manager?
2)having on GRUB windows xp label so i can boot when i have plug in the external drive.

If Windows overwrites the MBR, you can use the Fedora DVD, the rescue disc or first installation disc if you have the full cd set and boot into rescue mode and reinstall grub. More info is available here.
