Angry DU command help

Hi all,

I divide a partition mounted as my "/home" folder. There are 10 users whose
home directory is under "/home". Now this partition is 99% full, but I don't
know which guy is eating up my harddisk. Since, you know, each user has
lotsa folders and sub-folders under his home directories.
I tried some function of command "du", however, without any conclusion.
Please help me out.Many thanks.
