"ds: no socket drivers found!"

Hello all,

Distro: RH 7.2
Kernel: 2.4.18

I compiled this kernel and get the message "ds: no socket drivers found!". The box in question has three network cards, all of which seem to be functioning normally.

I do have a modem in the system, but since I don't use it I didn't configure it. My best guess is that the presence of the modem is causing the message, but is there a way I can confirm this, other than removing the modem? Also, in case the message is not about the modem, how can I determine what it actually refers to?

Thanks!!
