Downloading .rpm files opens xine

Hi

I need to install the Oracle 10g Express addition. Hence I tried to download the same from slackware. Whenever I tried to do this xine opened up and nothing happened.
Why does this happen? This happened both in FC3 and slackware.
Is there another way through which I can download it (from Oracle site)
How do I use wget (if possible) for the same.

Thanks
Ninad

xine somehow is associated with the .rpm files. If you're using mozilla to d/l the files go to:
Edit-->Preferences-->Navigater-->Helper Applications and delete the association between .rps and xine.
Or perhaprs right-clicking on the download link will prompt youi to save the file.

Try removing libnullplugin.so from your plugin folder.
