Does it only run military time?

Does redhat 9 only run military time? I've got it set for the proper time zone, but for instance, it's 12:36 right now and my clock says it 00:36. Is there anyway to get it to regular time........or is it permanent?

I think your clock is 12 hours off.

Military time for 12:36 pm is 12:36. 00:36 is 12:30 in the morning.

Do you use KDE?
If yes, go to mandrake control center, I have my system in spanish and I'm not sure of how did they translate it, but it is the first menu, where you change the language and country...
I hope it helps
