Question Does anyone know how to change the waiting symbol for mouse pointer in KDE?

In other words, in Windows talk the hourglass ? I would like to change the default in KDE so that it looks like an analog clock, or something close. The only thing that I don't like in KDE 3.1 is that it's still a blinking square.
