Are you referring to webmin as I have never heard of WebAdmin? And why would you need to know where it stores passwords? More details please, instead of just posting your email address.

i have root password of shell but i lost webadmin passwords so i wantto reset this passwords with out lose my all configurations

its called webadmin in astaro i think it mast be same thing

Looking at their official site, its their own program with their distro. You may want to check out their site for more information about this program that's bundled with their distro, etc.
