Distro for Old Laptop - 64 Megs Ram

My friend is very new to Linux. He some how got a hold of a very old laptop with 64 megs of Ram, 4 gig harddrive, currently running Windows 98. He is wanting to install Linux on it. What is your opinion on what would be a good choice.

I haven't messed with putting Linux on such computers before so I am not sure myself. Doing a little searching it looks like Deli Linux might be the way to go. Any opinions on this or other suggestions?

Thanks

Thank you. Though some of the article is a bit dated it still has some good information.
