Disable Esc key (verbose output) at bootsplash.

Hi,
Im using opensuse 11.4,
suse uses bootsplash to display a boot splash and a progress bar at boot time ( after kernel boot, during the init process).
When Esc is pressed this bootsplash will go off and a verbose output comes. (everyone is familiar with the above process).
My requirement is to disable the Esc key above, then no one can go to the verbose boot.
Im guessing that i'll have to edit the sources of bootsplash package. Anyone has experience on this please give me some guidance.

Thankx.
