Difference in SAR and TOP result

I have running Linux AS 4 on our server, the problem which I m observing from last few days is that SAR showing 0% ideal whereas when I use other command like "mpstat" and "top" then it shows 98% ideal.

Is there any possibility that SAR is corrupted? If yes then what I can do in this case. What RPM I need to re-install if it require.
