Currently Im accessing the internet on my Linux Box through a hardline comming from the Main Router on my windows xp comp. I want to get it hooked up to a wireless router.
My router on my Linux box is a Linksys 802.11b.
Problem is when i put it in the USB port i get nothing. Nothing on reboot either.

USB Devices - Info Center
USB UHCI Root Hub (1)
Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse
Unknown <----- I assume this is the second USB plugged it, it just doesnt know what it is.
------------------------------------------------

Also I installed WG11T Wireless PCI Card and the computer doesn't read that aswell.

PCI - Info Center
PCI

01.08.0 Ethernet controller. Unknown device 168c:0013 (rev 01)
Subsystem: Netgear. Unknown device 4d00
Flags: fast Back2Back, medium devsel, IRQ 9
Memory at f4100000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [disabled] [size=64k]
Capabilities: <available only to root>

Under PCMCIA in PCMCIA -Info Center it reads
No PCMCIA controller detected. <-- not sure if thats important.
