If I got a fake id and went to the dentist, would I be able to pay him with a bad check, get some dental work done, and then just hide from him?
If he knew what I looked like, I imagine he could use the dental x-rays as proof I was there. If I told him I had metal in my head, or some other reason why I could not get an x-ray, would I be safe?
If I broke into your house and stole everything would you like it? I think not. So why steal off someone else? If you are low on money, contact the dentist before hand and arrange a payment plan.
Stealing a penny and stealing a million dollars is still stealing. Have some morals and character and pay your way. You'll feel a lot better about yourself as you get older.

If I called, told him I didn't have any money and would like to setup a payment plan, I think he would be less apt to take a check from me.
when i was younger i went to a dentist and explained i needed a filling fixed but didn't have dental insurance. i wondered if he could give me a 'deal', and lucky for me at the time he fixed it for free.

No, you'll go to jail and you'll get caught cause only stupid people would try to pull something this idiotic off.
