Default Settings for all users o the network


I am currently using fedora 3 and i would like to know how can i setup that all users have the same settings like the root user. As an example i want all user to have certian icons on there desktop automitically without me haveing to manualy have go in to each user and set it up So that all users as an example :

each user would have there homepage in firefox at yahoo.com with me having to manually do it for over 100 users.

I am a newbie so can youplease tellme very simply.

Thank you very much if anyone can solve this problem for me.

I am not really sure, but have you tried to put all this in your skeleton?

Usually when adding a user, you can base it on a skeleton, stored in /etc/skel

You might want to look into that...
