Default Gnome setting for all new user accts.
 

How do I change the default Gnome settings so that whenerver I add a new user account, Gnome will have my customizations in it? Specifically I want it to put in a Netscape 6.2 icon on the Gnome desktop for all new user accounts. I know how to do it for my own account. But don't know how to do for all future users. I am using Gnome that came with RH 7.1. I also have Ximian Gnome.
