Post Data Storage and Recovery Docs

Hi

i require good information on backup and retrieval links, since i have to take seminar based on that. if possible get me some video presentation on backup otherwise theory part with difference, maintenance, usage, advantages, various flavours in
backup etc.

priority like

sun, windows, oracle,linux,HP Unix etc

thanks folks .. i found another good one apart from amanda
