cron question

I'm just wondering if the crontab looks correct, here it is:

01 20 * * 1,2,3,4,5 /root/backup/master.txt >> /root/backup 2>&1

What I assume it is going to do is; at 10:01 pm on mon, tues, wed, thurs, fri it will run a script in the /root/backup directory... if there are any errors they will be outputted to a file in the /root/backup directory.

Thanks for the help,

Dennis

Your'e almost right but "20" is 8pm not 10pm. With 24 hour format it needs to be "22".

Just noticed that this is in Networking, I'll move it to Linux->General
