Creating & Exiting Tray Icon in KDE & GNOME

Hi,

I have an application written in Java.

On running that application I get a Tray icon in my System Tray. But when I exit that Application it closes Red Hat Network alert Notification tool also and viceversa.
Since both are in the System Tray.

I am facing this Problem in KDE Window Manager only .In GNOME it's working fine. I can quit individually.

Please tell me how can I solve this Problem to make it generalised one.Are there some settings for KDE???

Thanks in Advance,

Pihu
