Hello there and welcome to LQ.

where is the kernel source dir ?
By default it should be /usr/src/linux, which usually is a symbolic link to another directory in /usr/src.

to use the comand "make" i have to do something before ?
You must install the kernel source rpm prior to compiling.

what is the kernel config file ?
It is a file with settings from running for instance "make xconfig" in /usr/src/linux. Anyway, kernel compilation is better explained in the LQ Kernel Compilation and Avoiding 'Unresolved Symbol' HOWTO, your distribution's docs or http://www.suse.de/~agruen/kernel-doc/.
