Question Create Debian File for Wallpapers

How do I create a Debian file for wallpapers? I created some wallpapers that I want to distribute as a deb file through a Launchpad PPA.

You will need to read the docs of course.
the wallpaper files/themes should be dumped into /usr/share/wallpaper and if necessary any preference should be set.
No dependency checking unless you are setting preferences.

Lightbulb I figured it out

I have read many documentation pages, but they all proved to be useless to me. I knew how to set up the file and folder layout. I just needed a way to package the files into a deb. I needed this command
fakeroot dpkg-deb --build PACKAGENAME
Wallpapers go in /usr/share/backgrounds.
